Holi celebrations erupted with energy across Karnataka as thousands of people gathered to revel in the festival of colours. From Koppal to Raichur, people of all ages embraced the joyous occasion, dancing to DJ beats and smearing colours on each other.

In Koppal, the District Athletic Association hosted a grand Holi event for the first time at Taluk Stadium, with MPs Rajashekhar Hitnal and Raghavendra Hitnal joining the festivities. The rain dance and vibrant DJ music attracted participants from across the city, creating an electrifying atmosphere.
Hospet’s Puneeth Stadium also witnessed massive participation, with MLA H.R. Gaviyappa leading the celebrations. Singer All OK’s performance further energized the crowd, which erupted in chants of “RCB… RCB.” Foreign visitors also joined in, adding an international flair to the festival.
Davangere was no exception, as locals danced to DJ tunes near Apoorva Resort on the National Highway. Organizer Rohanak Jain ensured a lively celebration where people of all ages immersed themselves in colours and music.
Meanwhile, in Raichur, Holi brought a welcome respite from the summer heat. The festival commenced with the traditional cremation of Kamanna, followed by Ranga Panchami celebrations, which continued in full swing throughout the day.
Across Karnataka, Holi united communities in a riot of colours, laughter, and music, embodying the spirit of joy and togetherness.
