‘How dare you send messages to Darshan’s wife?’: Gang moments before hacking Renukaswamy to death

Raghavendra, A4 in the assault and murder case of Renukaswamy, has revealed that he is the president of the Thoogudeepa Fans’ Association in Chitradurga and how he traced Renukaswamy in the same city.

As per his confessions, Darshan himself called him up and asked to find Renukaswamy. The actor even gave Renuka’s number to him. That being the case, A4 added that it was easy for him to locate him using the number. He also watched for a period of 2 days and then brought him to Bengaluru. At the shed where he was assaulted and murdered, Raghavendra added that the moment they entered it, the gang pounced on the victim, with vengeance. Questioning him as to why he had sent such lewd messages, they began beating him up. But he stressed that they had never thought that he would die. 

Even as we file this article, spot inspection is taking place in different places. The police are collecting all possible evidence with a view to making the case watertight. 

All the accused are presently in police custody. Pavitra Gowda is A1 and Darshan is A2 in the case.
