  • IAF conducted precision strikes on 8+ Pakistani military sites using cruise missiles
  • Satellite imagery shows damage to airbases, hangars, radars, and support infrastructure
  • Nur Khan Airbase near Islamabad was also targeted, confirming deep-penetration strikes

On May 10, the Indian Air Force (IAF) carried out coordinated precision airstrikes on at least eight key Pakistani military installations, causing significant damage to infrastructure. The strikes reportedly targeted radar systems, command centers, and ammunition depots located in Rafiqui, Murid, Chaklala, Rahim Yar Khan, Sukkur, Chunian, Pasrur, and Sialkot. Satellite intelligence, including imagery from Bengaluru-based Kawa Space, confirmed the extent of the damage. The strikes are believed to have used advanced air-launched cruise missiles, likely the BrahMos.

One of the most notable hits occurred at the Pakistan Air Force’s Bholari Air Base, where high-resolution imagery showed a direct strike on a hangar close to the runway, possibly used for quick reaction alerts. At Jacobabad’s Shahbaz Airbase, another hangar on the main apron was destroyed, and nearby ATC structures also suffered damage. Two locations at Sargodha Air Base were also hit, with imagery showing rubble on and around the runway.

Additional confirmation came from Chinese satellite company MizazVision, which, through open-source analyst Damien Symon, revealed that Nur Khan Airbase, just 10 km from Islamabad was also targeted. The base supports key military operations and VIP transport. Strikes there reportedly destroyed fuel trucks and damaged a warehouse.

The Indian military also released before-and-after satellite images showing the destruction of Pakistani air defence radars at Pasrur, Chunian, and Arifwala.
