Amidst conflicting claims of victory from both India and Pakistan following the recent conflict, international military expert Tom Cooper, a historian and noted aviation analyst, has declared India as the clear winner. Speaking to multiple Indian media houses, Cooper emphasized that Pakistan failed to defend itself against the Indian offensive, particularly highlighting the vulnerability of its nuclear storage facilities.

According to Cooper, Pakistan suffered multiple strategic and tactical setbacks, unable to mount any significant countermeasures during the conflict. In contrast, India reportedly sustained no major losses and executed precise operations that caught Pakistan off guard. The Indian Air Force’s strikes on critical Pakistani military assets, including nuclear storage sites, reportedly went unchallenged, underscoring the imbalance in preparedness and response.
While both nations have put forth narratives claiming success, Cooper’s analysis has drawn widespread attention for its clarity and objectivity. His comments are being viewed as a decisive external assessment, akin to a “third umpire” settling the debate. Experts in India have hailed his observations as validation of the country's military capabilities and strategic planning.
Cooper’s authoritative stance has shifted international perception, casting India’s role in the conflict as dominant and effective. His remarks are now being widely circulated as evidence of India’s undisputed upper hand in the engagement.
