At the top of the table, the Delhi Capitals lead with 10 points. Interestingly, their batting coach Hemang Badani is reportedly the lowest-paid among his peers, earning ₹1.5 crore this season. On the flip side, Chennai Super Kings coach Stephen Fleming and Rajasthan Royals batting coach Rahul Dravid, a Kannadiga and former India head coach, are the highest-paid, each drawing ₹5 crore.

Despite Chennai’s poor run — five losses and just four points — Fleming remains one of the league’s top earners. Other notable coaching salaries include RCB’s Andy Flower and Punjab’s Ricky Ponting at ₹3.5 crore each, while Mumbai Indians' Mahela Jayawardene is earning ₹4 crore. KKR’s Chandrakant Pandit, whose team won the previous season, also earns ₹3.5 crore.

Ashish Nehra, who led Gujarat Titans to a title win in an earlier season, earns ₹3 crore. Meanwhile, Hyderabad's coach Daniel Vettori is paid ₹2.5 crore.

Social media has been abuzz with a viral graphic featuring all the coaches and their respective salaries, sparking debates among fans about performance versus pay. Several teams, including RCB, Punjab Kings, and Delhi Capitals, still chase their maiden IPL title.
