This year’s festival offers a diverse range of cultural experiences. The Ryoma Quartet, known for blending traditional Japanese instruments with contemporary music, will perform alongside the debut of Performance Unit NM and solo idol Kanapon, who showcases robotic dance styles. Gaming enthusiasts can engage with professional gamers Tokido, Takera, and Neo in esports tournaments featuring Super Smash Bros Ultimate and Street Fighter 6.
The venue highlights Japan’s regional diversity with areas inspired by various parts of the country. Central to the layout is the Yagura stage for performances, alongside specialized zones like the Versus Stage for gaming and the JDM Workshop for Japanese automobile culture. Interactive events include workshops on Origami, Shodo, Ikebana, and traditional activities like tea ceremonies and yukata trials.
Visitors can explore over 25 food stalls offering authentic Japanese dishes, a flea market, and an Artist Alley featuring art and crafts. Additional attractions include the Kyoto Yuzen zone and travel booths by Japan Airlines and JNTO. Japan Habba 2025 promises an immersive cultural celebration.
