Kajal Aggarwal joins Salman Khan and Rashmika Mandanna in 'Sikandar'

The upcoming action drama Sikandar, starring Salman Khan and Rashmika Mandanna, has added another big name to its cast. According to Filmfare, actress Kajal Aggarwal has joined the film, playing a pivotal role. Details about her character are being kept under wraps, but her inclusion has created a buzz among fans.

Sikandar has already generated significant excitement, with Khan and Mandanna headlining the cast alongside seasoned actors like Sathyaraj and Prateik Babbar. Bollywood Hungama earlier reported that the film’s production is in full swing, with a Europe shoot scheduled later this year for two songs composed by Pritam. The film is expected to feature a chart-topping soundtrack, including a dance number and a romantic ballad, which will be shot on a grand scale.

The film, directed by AR Murugadoss, marks his return to Hindi cinema after eight years, following his 2016 release Akira. It also reunites Salman Khan with producer Sajid Nadiadwala, a partnership that has delivered blockbusters like Kick and Judwaa.

Despite a recent rib injury, Salman Khan has resumed shooting, with the current production focused on a lavish set representing Mumbai’s Dharavi and Matunga, reportedly costing Rs 15 crore. Sikandar is set to release next Eid.
