The Karnataka Assembly witnessed dramatic scenes as tensions flared between BJP MLC CT Ravi and Congress MLA Lakshmi Hebbalkar, following allegations that Ravi used inappropriate language (prost****e)against Hebbalkar. The incident sparked outrage among Hebbalkar’s supporters, leading to massive protests at the Suvarna Soudha premises.

The altercation occurred amidst ongoing protests by Congress against Union Home Minister Amit Shah’s alleged remarks on Ambedkar, adding to the charged atmosphere in the Assembly.
