Karnataka Health Minister Dinesh Gundu Rao inaugurated the Arogya Habba, a first-of-its-kind health festival hosted by NewsFirst at Palace Grounds, Bengaluru. The event was graced by NewsFirst MD and CEO Ravi Kumar, Editor-in-Chief Maruti SH, Shwasa Guru Swami Vachanananda, and Dr. Giridhar Kajje, founder of Prashanti Ayurveda.

Aimed at promoting health awareness and encouraging healthier lifestyles, Arogya Habba blends the essence of a traditional festival with the purpose of educating the public about wellness practices. The two-day event features stalls offering insights into yoga, Ayurveda, and naturopathy, with experts providing personalized health advice tailored to individual needs.
Visitors can explore wellness products, including millets, organic food, and Ayurvedic remedies, alongside demonstrations of simple, effective lifestyle changes to improve overall health. The expo also emphasizes natural and affordable alternatives to modern medical treatments.
For beauty enthusiasts, the event highlights Ayurveda’s role in skincare, with practical tips to maintain healthy, radiant skin. Additionally, the Food Mela showcases diverse cuisines from across Karnataka, offering everything from Uttara Karnataka delicacies to coastal flavors.
Held at Gate 6, Grand Castle, Palace Grounds on November 30 and December 1, the event is free to the public, providing a unique opportunity to embrace a healthier lifestyle while enjoying Karnataka’s rich culinary heritage.
