Ranked seventh nationally, Nandini stands alongside major players like Amul, Britannia, and Parle etc. Nandini was chosen over 56 crore times by Indian households reflecting its strong presence in both rural and urban areas as well.

Nandini is run by the Karnataka Milk Federation (KMF), one of the largest dairy cooperatives in the country. The brand offers a wide range of products like milk, curd, butter, ghee, and sweets all of which are popular in Karnataka and beyond. Over the years it has gained trust for being affordable, fresh, and consistent in quality.

Experts say Nandini’s continued success shows the growing strength of regional brands in India. With its deep roots in Karnataka and support from local dairy farmers, Nandini has managed to build a strong emotional connection with consumers. Its performance also highlights the increasing preference for reliable, homegrown brands that combine quality with value.

This recognition places Nandini not just as a household name in Karnataka, but as a rising national competitor in India’s competitive food and beverage market.
