The iconic pose on the edges of the Titanic ship by Jack and Rose played by Leonardo Decaprio and Kate Winslet respectively is entrenched in the memories of all cinema lovers. Currently, the overcoat worn by Kate Winslet in the scenes when the ship was submerging would now be auctioned online by Goldin, a New Jersey-based auctioneer.

The CEO of the auction house, Ken Goldin has expressed that he is expecting the bids to go up to $100,000. Bids can be placed until September 13th. So far bids extending up to $34,000 have been received. 

Titanic had also won the Oscar for best costume design. The overcoat was made by the J. Peterman Company. They have confirmed the authenticity of the overcoat. 

The overcoat is light pink in colour and also consists of an embroidery design in black. It is made of wool.
