Popular Sandalwood actor Kiccha Sudeep made a surprise visit to Deputy Chief Minister D.K. Shivakumar's residence in Sadashivanagar, sparking curiosity among fans and political circles alike. The reason behind the visit, however, was soon revealed—Sudeep personally invited the DCM to inaugurate the upcoming Celebrity Cricket League (CCL) Season 11.

The grand opening ceremony of CCL 2025 is set to take place on February 8 at the iconic Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru. Sudeep, who leads the Karnataka Bulldozers team, expressed confidence in securing the trophy this season. Business tycoon Ashok Kheni owns the team, which finished as runners-up in the previous edition. The team is now eyeing victory in the highly competitive tournament.

The first match of CCL Season 11 will see Chennai Rhinos clash with Bengal Tigers, followed by an intense battle between Karnataka Bulldozers and Telugu Warriors. The league features seven teams representing various Indian film industries, including Bhojpuri Dabanggs, Punjab D Sher, and Mumbai Heroes.

With the tournament promising high-octane cricket and star-studded action, Sudeep’s meeting with D.K. Shivakumar has added to the excitement. Fans are eager to see if Karnataka Bulldozers can claim the championship under their charismatic captain’s leadership.
