Krishidevobhava -A tribute to farmers, special event by NewsFirst Kannada

In a significant move to recognize and support the farming community, NewsFirst Kannada is hosting a special event titled Krishidevobhava, in association with the Karnataka State Agriculture Department. The event is scheduled to take place at The Capitol Hotel on Raj Bhavan Road, Bengaluru, starting at 10:30 AM.

Karnataka’s Agriculture Minister, N Cheluvarayaswamy, will officially inaugurate the event. Also in attendance will be key figures like Agriculture Commissioner Y.S. Patil, NewsFirst MD & CEO S Ravikumar, and Swash Biotech’s Founder and MD, B.S. Shashikumar.

This open-to-all program invites farmers from across the state to participate and gain valuable insights into government schemes, facilities, and the latest in agricultural practices. A major focus of the event will be a panel discussion addressing real issues faced by farmers and possible solutions through expert dialogue.

Adding a celebratory note to the event, ten outstanding and progressive farmers from Karnataka will be presented with the Bhootapaswi Award, an honor instituted by NewsFirst to acknowledge excellence in agriculture and innovation in the field.
