Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) exacted sweet revenge on Delhi Capitals (DC) with a commanding 6-wicket victory at the Arun Jaitley Stadium, Delhi. After losing to DC at home earlier this season, RCB came out all guns blazing, buoyed by their morale-boosting win against Rajasthan Royals.

In response, RCB had a measured start, reaching 50 in 7.6 overs and 100 in 13.3 overs. Virat Kohli anchored the innings with a composed 51 off 47 balls. However, the star of the chase was Krunal Pandya, who dazzled with a fluent 73 off 47 deliveries, making the target look comfortable. Tim David’s explosive 19 off 5 balls finished things in style, with RCB wrapping up the chase with ease.
Despite Axar Patel’s tidy spell of 2/19, Delhi couldn’t halt RCB’s march. With this win, RCB surged to the top of the points table with 7 victories, firmly establishing themselves as title contenders this season
