Even as essential services get hampered over the Microsoft outage across the world, NewsFirst Prime got in touch with Phanindra BN, a cybersecurity expert to understand the nitty-gritty of the issue and the panacea.

He said, “In the upcoming days, when the investigation starts, through the reverse examination process, we will be able to give some sense to it. Whether it was accidental or sabotage, it is too early to discuss it.”
He also stressed the one who caused the breakdown is the apt person who can restore it.
On Friday, a major disruption in Microsoft Corp.'s cloud services led to widespread flight cancellations and delays around the globe, significantly affecting operations in India. The outage forced several airlines, including IndiGo, Akasa Airlines, and SpiceJet, to ground their planes and halt flight operations.
The outage has created considerable inconvenience, especially within the airline industry, which relies heavily on dependable IT systems for efficient operations. Microsoft has not yet provided a detailed explanation for the disruption but is reportedly working quickly to resolve the issue.
