Since October 2023, Israel has been engaged in a multi-front war, battling Hamas in Gaza, Hezbollah in Lebanon, and the Houthi rebels in Yemen. Israel, heavily backed by the United States, continues to rely on its advanced ‘Iron Dome’ missile defence system. Along with the US, Israel has key support from allies like the UK, France, Jordan, and Saudi Arabia. These nations have rallied behind Israel as it vows to eliminate Hamas and warns Iran and its allied militias against further aggression.

Iran is supported by groups within the Axis of Resistance, including Hamas and Hezbollah, as it strengthens efforts to confront Israel. As the conflict intensifies, both nations are drawing on their respective alliances, threatening a wider regional escalation.
