Police investigations revealed that a blood abhishekham (anointment) and an animal slaughter took place, allegedly orchestrated by Prasad Attavara, head of the Rama Sene. The ritual reportedly involved photos of the two complainants being hung around the neck of a deity before whom the animal was sacrificed. These visuals, seized during Attavara’s interrogation, have added a disturbing layer to the controversy.

Prasad Attavara, who is in custody of the police in a case related to moral policing, is now facing additional charges filed by the Mangaluru police for his role in this incident. Authorities believe the act was performed with the intent to strengthen the MUDA case against Siddaramaiah and his wife through ritualistic means.

This incident has sparked outrage, raising questions about the use of superstitious practices and the alleged targeting of individuals involved in legal disputes. As the investigation unfolds, the police are expected to take further action against Attavara and those associated with the controversial ritual. The case continues to attract significant attention across Karnataka.
