Musk gave the Prime Minister a tour of the Tesla factory in Fremont

The two discussed about hate speech and potential of AI as well

Elon Musk reiterated his commitment for the curbing of promotion of hate on X

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu visited the United States of America and during this time also paid a visit to the CEO of SpaceX and Tesla, Elon Musk. Elon Musk escorted Benjamin and his wife on a tour of the Tesla factory in Fremont. 

 “Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and his wife Sara toured the Tesla Motors plant in Fremont, California, together with Tesla CEO, entrepreneur Elon Musk,” The official X account of the Prime Minister of Israel posted. 

“The Prime Minister and his wife were briefed by Elon Musk on company developments and various models, and observed the production and assembly line for advanced electric vehicles,” the account added. 

“Prime Minister Netanyahu and his wife, together with Elon Musk, then rode in the ‘Cyber Truck’ vehicle that is not yet on the market,” the account stated in another post. 

The Cyber Truck uses self-levelling suspensions and expected to drive in a speed range of 0-60 mph in 2.9 to 6.5 seconds.

They also discussed hate speech, antisemitism and the potential of artificial intelligence in their meeting. 

“I hope you find within the confines of the First Amendment, the ability to not only stop antisemitism but any collective hatred of a people.I know you’re committed to that but I encourage and urge you to find a balance. We stand today at a juncture for all humanity, where we have to choose between a blessing and a curse,” said during the meeting.
