Nandamuri Balakrishna and Boyapati Sreenu reunite for 'Akhanda 2' sequel

In a major announcement that has thrilled fans of Indian cinema, superstar Nandamuri Balakrishna and renowned director Boyapati Sreenu are joining forces once again for a much-anticipated sequel, Akhanda 2. This marks their fourth collaboration after delivering three blockbuster hits—Simha, Legend, and the massively successful Akhanda.

The original Akhanda not only broke box office records but also gained a dedicated fanbase across India, including significant popularity among Hindi-speaking audiences. With the sequel, Balakrishna and Sreenu are set to raise the stakes even higher. Produced by Raam Achanta and Gopi Achanta under the 14 Reels Plus banner, Akhanda 2 is being billed as a pan-India project, the first of its kind for both the actor and director.
