In addition to the health camps, Poshan Maah will be observed at Anganwadi centres throughout India. The campaign will emphasize balanced nutrition, preventive care, and community-level awareness to encourage healthier lifestyles among families. The dual focus on medical outreach and nutrition aligns with national efforts to reduce malnutrition and strengthen family well-being.
The initiative underscores the importance of Jan Bhagidaari, or people’s participation, in achieving better healthcare outcomes. While the government is driving the campaign through public health infrastructure, collaboration with private hospitals and other healthcare stakeholders is encouraged to maximize its reach and effectiveness.
Framed within the broader vision of “India First” and the goal of building a Viksit Bharat, the Abhiyaan aims to create a healthier population, empowered communities, and a stronger foundation for the nation’s future.
