The breakthrough came around 1 a.m., when four suspects—Karthik, Nikhil, Keshav Murthy, and Raghavendra—surrendered to the Kamakshipalya police. Initially, they remained tight-lipped, prompting the police to intensify their questioning. As the interrogation progressed, Pradosh and Vinay were called in for further scrutiny.
Despite initial silence, relentless police questioning led Pradosh and Vinay to reveal the name of Pavitra Gowda by morning. Subsequent investigations at Pavitra's residence uncovered links to Darshan, confirmed through chats and call records. The decisive information was escalated to DCP Girish and subsequently to the commissioner, who authorized Darshan’s arrest.
Darshan, along with his accomplices, hoped their surrender would absolve them, but they now find themselves in jail. As the case unfolds, Renukaswamy’s family demands justice, while Darshan’s supporters hope for his swift release. The state's attention remains firmly fixed on this gripping saga.
