Venugopal emphasized that while these Sabhas will pay tribute to the military, they will also serve as a platform to raise serious questions regarding national security. He pointed to recent security lapses, criticized the government’s handling of sensitive defence matters, and expressed concern over the alleged involvement of the United States in India's internal security affairs.

The ‘Jai Hind Sabhas’ will be conducted across the nation in several key locations including Delhi, Barmer, Shimla, Haldwani, Patna, Jabalpur, Pune, Goa, Bengaluru, Kochi, Guwahati, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Bhubaneswar, and Pathankot. The gatherings will bring together army veterans, Congress leaders, and citizens in an effort to both honour service and demand accountability.
