A girl jumped from the 4th floor of her apartment. She resided with her parents on the 2nd floor of the same building. The incident occurred in the Jai Residency Apartment in Nageshwar Colony in Patna. A recording of the incident has now become viral on social media.

However, a heroic man attempted to save her and ensured that she did not hit the ground. He tried to talk he out of committing suicide but his efforts did not bear fruit. He too suffered injuries in the process and is undergoing treatment in a hospital for it. Despite the man’s brave effort, the woman’s head burst from the ground and underwent severe bleeding. She was taken to the hospital and certain reports indicate that she has succumbed to her injuries.
As per her close friends, she was in a depressive phase after having failed her class 12 examinations. The Patna police have taken cognisance of the situation and investigations are underway.
