“Infrastructure is at the heart of our development strategy,” the Prime Minister said. “Today, six times more money is being spent on infrastructure than before. We are modernising our railway network with Vande Bharat, Amrit Bharat, and Namo Bharat trains, which represent India’s speed and progress.”
He further stated that unmanned railway crossings on broad gauge tracks have been eliminated and over 1,300 railway stations are undergoing simultaneous modernisation. “More than 100 Amrit Bharat stations are already ready, and citizens on social media can see the remarkable transformation in their conditions,” he added.
PM Modi also addressed national security, referring to the April 22 terror attack in Pahalgam, where terrorists targeted Hindu women. “The pain of that attack was felt by all 140 crore Indians. The nation resolved to eliminate terrorism—and we delivered. Our armed forces were given a free hand and launched a coordinated response that shook Pakistan.”
He praised the courage of Indian forces, calling their strategic operations a modern-day ‘chakravyuh’ that brought adversaries to their knees. The rally concluded with chants of “Viksit Bharat” echoing through the crowd.
