Young actress Sreeleela, known for her rising fame in the South Indian film industry, was initially set to debut in Bollywood opposite popular actor Varun Dhawan in the film Hai Jawani Toh Ishq Hona Hai, directed by Varun’s father, the renowned filmmaker David Dhawan. However, Sreeleela had to step down from the project due to scheduling issues, prompting the production team to find a replacement.

In a recent development, star actress Pooja Hegde has been confirmed to take over Sreeleela’s role in the much-anticipated project. Alongside Pooja, Mrunal Thakur is also part of the cast, adding to the film’s already high-profile lineup. More updates about the movie’s storyline and release schedule are expected as filming gets underway.

Though Sreeleela will no longer be starring in Hai Jawani Toh Ishq Hona Hai, fans can still look forward to her Bollywood debut, as she is slated to appear in an upcoming film alongside Ibrahim Ali Khan, son of Bollywood actor Saif Ali Khan. Meanwhile, Pooja Hegde has also recently signed a significant new project with Kollywood star Thalapathy Vijay, reportedly his final film before retirement.
