Prajwal Revanna appeared before the Special Court of People’s Representatives in connection with the Holenarseepur Thane Crime 107/2024 case. The hearing saw Special Public Prosecutor (SPP) Ashok Naik representing the Special Investigation Team (SIT), while Prajwal Revanna was represented by his counsel.

During the proceedings, the judge inquired about Prajwal Revanna’s health, to which he responded affirmatively when asked if he had taken prescribed medication for his back pain. Despite this, the court extended his judicial custody until July 8, as per the order issued by Justice KN Shivakumar.

In a related development, another court reserved judgment on Prajwal Revanna’s bail application in a separate rape case. The hearing was conducted by Judge Santosh Gajanan Bhat, with Advocate Arun arguing on behalf of Prajwal and SPP BN Jagadish representing the SIT. The bench is set to pronounce its verdict on June 26, 2024.
