After getting his custody, the sleuths of the Special Investigation Team paid a visit to one of the residences in Basavanagudi of HD Revanna, who faces charges of kidnap and sexual assault, for the purpose of spot inspection, in the presence of the woman complainant.
The spot inspection comes in the wake of one of the women filing a sexual complaint against the accused.
It is pertinent to note that spot inspections also took place at Prajwal Revanna’s house and Revanna’s house in Holenarasipura.
The sleuths have barricaded the entire house, and are not allowing anyone to enter the house. They are in the process of collecting all possible evidence, including digital, technical and live evidence.

Court rejects anticipatory bail
On Saturday, the court rejected an anticipatory bail plea by Revanna. Immediately, the sleuths arrested him as he stayed at his father’s residence in Padmanabhanagar.
Prajwal Revanna yet to return
Even as his father is in SIT custody, his son and Hassan MP Prajwal Revanna is yet to return to India. A Blue Corner Notice has already been issued against him. Last week, he had informed the SIT through his lawyer that he would be in India in 7 days’ time.
