As we are witnessing the highest of temperatures this year, battling with the heat wave itself is very challenging. There are many incidents of stroke being reported due to heat wave. Here are some asanas to beat the stroke
Tadasana (Mountain Pose)
Tadasana is a very powerful pose that helps to enhance balance and posture. Mountain pose can be done by standing tall and keeping your feet strongly on the ground. This helps you in strengthening your muscles and improve blood flow, alleviating stress and very important in maintaining heart health and preventing strokes.

Vrikshasana (Tree Pose)
