In a heartwarming encounter, Priyanka Chopra Jonas recently met an 8-month-old koala named after her at Paradise Country, Gold Coast. The actor, who is currently in Australia for her upcoming Hollywood film "The Bluff," shared delightful videos of the meeting on social media, much to the delight of her fans.

In the first video, Chopra is seen interacting with the tiny koala while an official reveals its name, prompting an astonished "Are you serious?" from the actor. Clad in a grey T-shirt, pants, and jacket, Chopra also shared moments with other wildlife, including a hopping kangaroo and a playful meerkat perched on her head.

Expressing her joy on Instagram, Chopra wrote, “A 8 month old koala joey named after me!! So sweet.. thank you @paradisecountrygc for the lovely surprise and for introducing us to the most amazing wildlife. Meerkats, koalas, kangaroos, Tasmanian devils and Dingo’s! Thank you for all the work you’re doing for wildlife conservation in Australia as well. Magical Sunday afternoon.”

Her husband, Nick Jonas, responded with a simple "You're cute," while fans poured in their love, with comments like "Aww that’s the sweetest thing ever" and "This is the cutest thing ever – never thought I’d say there could be a cuter Pri than PCJ."

Priyanka Chopra Jonas, last seen in Prime Video’s "Citadel," is set to star in "Heads of State" alongside John Cena and Idris Elba, and "The Bluff," directed by Frank E. Flowers, opposite Karl Urban.
