Martin has faced multiple delays in release

Dhruva Sarja has stated that VFX work is causing delay

The producers of Martin have released a poster on the occasion of his birthday. After having given a massive hit in their collaboration in Addhuri in 2012, the duo of A.P Arjun and Dhruva Sarja are set to return to the screen for a pan India film. The film would be released simultaneously in Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Hindi. The teaser of the film was released on February 23rd. Martin also stars Vaibhav Shandilya, Anveshi Jain, Chikkanna, Malavika Avinash, Achyuth Kumar, Nikitin Dheer, Nawab Shah, and Rohit Pathak

 Martin was set to hit the theatres in September 2022. However issues with respect to the post production that have resulted in several delays. Some fans who were expecting an update on his birthday have been disappointed. Dhruva however confirmed that work on VFX is ongoing and the tentative nature of the process is causing delays in the announcement. He however gave them an assurance that the dubbing and recording for the film have been completed. 

Martin is set partly in the prisons of Pakistan with Dhruva Sarja playing the role of an Indian. Dhruva Sarja appears in a bulky avatar in the film.
