Actor R. Madhavan recently revealed that he lost weight in just 21 days by following a simple, no-workout routine based entirely on lifestyle changes. His method focused on mindful eating, time-restricted meals, and maintaining discipline in daily habits without any gym sessions or intense exercise as well.

One of the key practices Madhavan followed was intermittent fasting. He ate his meals within a fixed time and made sure to finish dinner by 6:45 PM every day. He also avoided raw food after 3 PM to ensure easy digestion. His meals mainly included green vegetables and light, home-cooked food with a complete stop on processed or packaged items.

Madhavan also followed the lesser-known habit of chewing each bite of food 45 to 60 times. He noted this helped him feel full sooner, improved digestion and prevented overeating as well. This small but consistent practice contributed significantly to his weight loss.

In terms of physical activity he went for regular long morning walks instead of hitting the gym. He also drank plenty of water and avoided screen time before sleeping which helped maintain a healthy sleep schedule.

His approach shows that gradual and practical changes can lead to visible results. Without extreme workouts, Madhavan managed to achieve a fitter body through basic but effective lifestyle habits.
