Actor Rakul Preet Singh has shared her candid views on nepotism, admitting she has lost films due to star kids getting opportunities, but it’s not something that leaves her bitter.
In a conversation on Ranveer Allahbadia’s podcast, Rakul expressed her thoughts on the issue, acknowledging that she too would help her children if the need arose in the future.

The actor emphasized that nepotism is a reality not just in the film industry but in many other fields, saying, "Opportunities can be snatched away in any industry, whether it’s medical or corporate. It’s just a part of life, and the sooner one accepts it, the better it is for personal growth."
Rakul noted that while she has faced setbacks due to nepotism, she chooses not to dwell on it. "Films have been taken away from me, but I am not someone who will become bitter. Maybe those projects weren’t meant for me, and I’ve learned to move on," she said, adding that she feels disappointed for a day but quickly recovers.
The actor was recently seen in Indian 2 alongside veteran actor Kamal Haasan and is now gearing up for her next project, De De Pyaar De 2.
