The makers of Game Changer, starring Ram Charan, have embarked on an ambitious promotional campaign ahead of the film’s January 10 release. This marks Charan’s first major project since his global success with RRR in 2022.
The campaign kicked off with the film's trailer launch on January 2 in Hyderabad, where RRR director SS Rajamouli was among the attendees. Despite mixed reactions to the trailer, the event generated significant buzz.

The promotions are set to escalate with a pan-Indian event on January 4 in Mumbai. The focus then shifts to Andhra Pradesh, where a grand gathering in Vemagiri, near Rajahmundry, will see Telugu cinema icon and Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan as the chief guest. His involvement is expected to attract massive crowds, underscoring the film's regional appeal.
A third high-profile event is planned in Chennai, with industry rumours suggesting the possible attendance of Thalapathy Vijay or Superstar Rajinikanth. Either star's participation would amplify excitement, making the event a major highlight in South India. The team is leaving no stone unturned to ensure the film’s national reach.
Directed by Shankar in his Telugu debut, Game Changer features Kiara Advani alongside Charan. With its strategic promotions and star power, the film is shaping up to be one of the most anticipated releases of the year.
