Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, and Neetu Kapoor are frequently seen in Bandra, overseeing the final stages of construction of their ‘Krishna Raj’ bungalow. According to recent reports, Ranbir and Alia are planning to officially register the property in the name of their daughter, Raha Kapoor, potentially making her one of the wealthiest infants in Bollywood.

Reportedly, according to an insider, as revealed to Bollywood Life, “Ranbir and Alia are both contributing significantly to realize their dream home, which is estimated to cost over Rs 250 crore upon completion. This will surpass the value of other prominent bungalows in Mumbai, such as Shah Rukh Khan’s Mannat and Amitabh Bachchan’s Jalsa.”

The source also reportedly disclosed, “Ranbir, deeply affectionate towards his daughter Raha, intends to name the bungalow after her, elevating her status as the wealthiest star kid in B-Town. Additionally, Alia and Ranbir collectively own four flats in Bandra, valued at over 60 crore.”

Furthermore, the insider added, “Neetu Kapoor will be a co-owner of the bungalow, as per Rishi Kapoor’s arrangements. Neetu Ji herself is financially secure and has recently acquired a lavish 15 crore house in Bandra. It’s speculated that upon completion, the entire Kapoor family will reside together under one roof.”

The property, formerly belonging to late veteran actor Raj Kapoor and his wife Krishna Kapoor, has been inherited by Ranbir, with construction ongoing for over a year.
