Teaser of Ranbir Kapoor-starrer Animal promises intense drama and violence

 The teaser of the Ranbir Kapoor-starrer “Animal” was uploaded on YouTube on 28th September. This also happens to be the birthday of actor Ranbir Kapoor. Animal will be released in theatres on December 1st.

The film is directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga of Arjun Reddy fame. The intensity and passion that was witnessed in Arjun Reddy, irrespective of whether or not approved of the film’s content was also visible in the short 2 minute teaser. Sandeep Reddy has commented that this may be the most violent movie produced in India thus far.  

The story is set in an ultra rich household. Rashmika Mandanna stars as the female lead alongside Ranbir Kapoor. She plays his love interest in the film. Anil Kapoor plays the role of Ranbir Kapoor’s father in the movie. A stormy relationship exists between the two of them. Ranbir Kapoor’s character seems to be in a constant quest to prove his mettle to his father. The background score adds to the intensity. Pritam has contributed in the music department of the film. 

Bobby Deol also features in the film in a stylish menacing fashion although his role in the film is not clear from the teaser.
