Rashmika Mandanna’s star power: Just three films rake in ₹3,507 crore!

Rashmika Mandanna, popularly known as the “National Crush,” is fast emerging as a golden ticket in Indian cinema. With a string of box office blockbusters to her name, her recent films alone have amassed over ₹3,500 crore in global collections—cementing her position as one of the top heroines in the country.

In just three films—Animal, Pushpa 2, and Chhava—Rashmika has delivered staggering commercial successes. Her 2023 release Animal, alongside Bollywood star Ranbir Kapoor, grossed an impressive ₹900 crore worldwide. This was followed by the much-awaited Pushpa 2, where she reprised her role opposite Allu Arjun. The film shattered expectations, collecting ₹1,800 crore globally.

Most recently, in 2025, Rashmika starred with Vicky Kaushal in the historical drama Chhava, which earned ₹807 crore worldwide. Together, these three films alone have contributed a total of ₹3,507 crore to the box office—an achievement few actors can claim in such a short span.

Since her debut in the Telugu film industry, Rashmika has maintained a remarkable streak of hits, with no major box office failures. Her versatility, charm, and pan-India appeal have made her one of the most sought-after stars in Indian cinema. Currently, her calendar is packed, with multiple projects in various languages.

She will soon appear in Kubera opposite Tamil star Dhanush, set for release on June 20. Another Hindi film, Thamma, is also in the pipeline. Industry insiders say several top directors and producers are vying for her dates, convinced of her box office pull.
