The highly anticipated IPL clash between Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) and Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR), scheduled to take place at the M. Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru, was called off due to heavy rain. With this abandoned match, RCB now has 17 points from 12 games and currently sits at the top of the points table.

However, the washout left thousands of RCB fans disappointed. Many had spent large sums of money on tickets in hopes of witnessing the team in action at their home ground. Their excitement was washed away by rain, leaving them frustrated. To ease the disappointment, RCB has announced that all ticket holders will receive a full refund. The amount refunded will match the exact ticket price paid by each spectator.

So far in the season, RCB has played 12 matches, securing victories in 8 of them and facing defeat in 3. With one match being cancelled due to rain, the team has two more home games remaining. To secure a spot in the playoffs, RCB needs to win at least one of their remaining matches.
