"When I entered the film industry, Nupur was still quite young and hadn’t moved to Mumbai yet. That’s when I noticed some relatives treating us differently, which made me angry," Kriti recalled to News18. She mentioned how the disparity in treatment became evident on special occasions like birthdays, describing it as "immature."

Despite these experiences, Kriti praised Nupur for handling the situation with grace. "She’s very strong and mature for her age. Even if something bothers her, she never shows it," Kriti added, expressing admiration for her sister’s resilience.

Kriti is set to make her producing debut with Do Patti, a mystery thriller set in a hill station. The film, which features Shaheer Sheikh and Kajol, also has Kriti playing a dual role as twin sisters. The movie will premiere on Netflix starting October 25.

Nupur Sanon, meanwhile, was recently seen in the Telugu film Tiger Nageswara Rao alongside Ravi Teja.
