Renukaswamy, a native of Chitradurga, was allegedly killed in a brutal attack involving actor Darshan and his associates. Seventeen people, including Darshan, were arrested in connection with the crime. After eight months of grief, the family gathered to celebrate the new life that has brought them hope.

The cradle ceremony was attended by Renukaswamy’s parents, Kashinath Shivanagoudru and Ratna Prabha. His younger sister, Suchetha, carried out the traditional ritual of whispering the baby’s name into his ear three times. The child has been named Shashidhara Swamy, a moment that brought both joy and tears to the family.

Despite the sorrow that has overshadowed their lives, the event served as a reminder of resilience and continuity. Family members, overwhelmed with emotion, expressed their mixed feelings of loss and hope.

While the pain of Renukaswamy’s untimely demise remains fresh, the birth of his son has given the family a reason to look forward. The ceremony symbolized not just a name, but a legacy that will carry forward in his memory.
