Kempegowda International Airport (KIA) has issued an advisory regarding revised airspace closure timings from February 5 to 14 to accommodate the Aero India Show 2025. The airport has advised travelers to stay updated on flight schedules due to temporary airspace restrictions.

According to the advisory, on February 5, 6, and 8, the airspace will be closed from 9 AM to 12 PM and again from 3 PM to 4:30 PM. On February 7 and 9, airspace closure will occur between 9 AM and 11 AM, with an additional closure from 3 PM to 4:30 PM on February 7.
On February 10, the closure timings are 9 AM to 11:30 AM and 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM. For February 11 and 12, the airspace will be closed from 12 PM to 2:30 PM. The final closures will occur on February 13 and 14, with timings from 9:30 AM to 12 PM and 2:30 PM to 5 PM.
Passengers flying through BLR Airport are urged to plan their travel time accordingly and check with airlines for any changes in flight schedules. KIA further emphasized the importance of staying informed about the updated timings and thanked passengers for their understanding.
The Aero India Show, which will take place at Air Force Station, Yelahanka, is expected to draw large crowds and significant air traffic over the next two weeks.
