In a surprise move early Monday morning, the Regional Transport Office (RTO) officials raided the residence of well-known businessman KGF Babu, alleging non-payment of taxes on multiple luxury vehicles registered under his name. The operation was led by Joint Commissioner Shobha and involved a detailed list of vehicles suspected to have tax irregularities.

KGF Babu, famous for his obsession with celebrity-owned vehicles, owns a fleet that includes Rolls Royce and Toyota Vellfire models. Notably, he owns two high-end Rolls Royce cars with registrations MH 11 AX 1 and MH 02 BB 2, reportedly purchased from Bollywood legends Amitabh Bachchan and Aamir Khan, respectively. While one was acquired after being used by Aamir Khan for a year, the other is said to have been directly bought from Big B himself.

The RTO officials stated that many of the cars are registered in different states, raising concerns about whether state-specific road taxes were paid accordingly. The raid aimed to verify the documentation and determine if the luxury cars were being used in Karnataka without fulfilling tax obligations.

Sources also revealed that KGF Babu purchased a Vellfire to celebrate the birth of his granddaughter, one among his many lavish purchases. His collection reportedly includes numerous luxury vehicles, each with a backstory linked to prominent figures or personal milestones.
