Speaking on the occasion, MP Tejaswi Surya strongly criticized the state government, accusing it of prioritizing Muslim votes and neglecting the needs of the martyrs' families. “At least one crore in compensation should have been given,” he said, adding, “What more can we expect from a government that has sold out?”

In a significant move, Surya announced that Manjunath's son would receive a seat at the prestigious RV Institute, ensuring his higher education is secured. Similarly, Bharat’s three-year-old son will be given free CBSE education from Class 1 to PUC at Transcend School.

Further extending the support, Mahavir Jain Hospital has pledged free healthcare for the next 11 years for both families, showcasing concern for their long-term well-being.

Surya expressed deep gratitude to the institutions and the Hindu community for their immediate and heartfelt response. “The government should be ashamed. Hindu society has shown who truly stands by the martyrs’ families,” he declared.

The overwhelming community support sends a strong message of unity and resilience in the face of political indifference.
