Salaar becomes first film to cross Rs 1 crore on opening day in Kannada-dubbed version

Prabhas-starrer Salaar has been shattering records across the globe with its collections. It has already crossed the Rs 400 crore mark worldwide. In India alone the collections have breached the Rs 200 crore mark with the collection after three days of release estimated to be Rs 208 crore. It received the biggest opening for any Indian film in 2023 as it amassed Rs 175 crore on day one. A further positive trend is anticipated in the film’s collections with the holidays of Christmas and New Year around the corner.

This has been the highest opening for any Kannada-dubbed movie and the first film to breach the Rs 1 crore mark in this regard.
