Samantha Ruth Prabhu has resumed her acting career by starting the shoot for the highly anticipated series Rakt Brahmand: The Bloody Kingdom, directed by Rahi Anil Barve and created by the popular duo Raj and DK.

Following her treatment for myositis, an auto-immune condition, the actress took to Instagram to express her joy at returning to work. She posted a photo showcasing her new ID card adorned with a bloody green and golden crown, alongside her favorite coffee cup and leather bag, captioning it, “Never stop dreaming. Glad to be back on a film set after a while. #RaktBrahmand, D2R Films, Netflix Indian.”

On the professional front, Samantha is also gearing up for the spy thriller Citadel: Honey Bunny, another project by Raj and DK, set to premiere on Amazon Prime Video on November 7. Additionally, she ventures into production with her upcoming Telugu film Bangaram, scheduled for a 2025 release.
