The horrific terror attack in Pahalgam which claimed the lives of 26 innocent civilians, has sent shockwaves across India. Among the many voices expressing grief and anger are prominent stars from the Kannada film industry, who have strongly condemned the brutality and demanded justice.

Veteran actor Shivarajkumar expressed deep sorrow over the deaths, including that of three Kannadigas in the Pahalgam terror attacks. Speaking emotionally, he said, “I don’t understand why there’s so much hatred. Humanity should come first. The news of these deaths is heartbreaking. The terrorists must be punished.”

Actor Kiccha Sudeep took to social media to voice his outrage. In a powerful post, he wrote that the attack in Pahalgam wasn’t just on individuals, but on the strength and unity of the nation itself. He tagged Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah, and Defence Minister Rajnath Singh, urging them to act immediately against the perpetrators of this heinous crime.

Actor Dhruva Sarja also shared a heartfelt message, emphasizing that Jammu and Kashmir, like the rest of India, represents unity and peace. He prayed for the souls of the departed and strength for their families, stating that violence and hatred can never achieve what love and peace can.

Actor Yash expressed deep sorrow over the brutal killings, stating that it is impossible to even imagine such cruelty. He extended support to the victims’ families and pledged solidarity with the nation in this time of grief.
