The release of Sapta Sagaradaache Ello which was initially scheduled for October 27th has been postponed to November 17th. The dubbed version of the film in Telugu, Malayalam and Tamil would also be released. For part-1 the Telugu dubbed version was released weeks after the initial release when it clashed with the release on OTT platforms. However, the OTT release has increased the hype for the next part of the film across the country leading to a simultaneous release. The film was the most searched drama on Google after its OTT release.

The end of the first part was open ended. A teaser of what to expect in part-2 was affixed to the film. The second part would also feature sequences involving the lead Manu played by Rakshit Shetty and Priya played by Rukmini Vasanth, 10 years after the events in the initial part. There were also sequences wherein the character Prabhu played by Achyuth Kumar was confronted over his lack of assistance. Characters who were in the jail also made an appearance in the second part of the film. Netizens have been invested in formulating theories about how the second part would unfold in anticipation of the release. Rakshit Shetty shared the update on his X account with the caption, “Will there be a change in the course of destiny?”.
