Reports reveal that Pant adhered to a strict regimen, bidding farewell to his favorite indulgences such as fried chicken, rasmalai, and biryani, in favor of a calorie-deficit diet. Despite the dietary restrictions, Pant couldn't resist his love for chilly chicken, albeit prepared with minimal extra virgin olive oil. Additionally, Pant embraced a disciplined sleep schedule, ensuring eight to nine hours of uninterrupted rest each night to aid in his recovery and training routine.

Over the past four months, Pant has reportedly shed around 16 kilograms, a remarkable feat attributed to his dedicated efforts and lifestyle adjustments. His commitment to regaining match fitness and strengthening his injured leg underscores his determination to excel on the cricketing stage once again, marking his comeback as a story of resilience and perseverance.
