According to documents accessed by the Economic Times, Aryan's purchase is located in Delhi’s Panchsheel Park. The transaction, completed in May 2024, required a stamp duty payment of Rs 2.64 crore. The Khan family’s connection to this building dates back to Shah Rukh and Gauri’s early days, making the acquisition particularly noteworthy.

This acquisition follows a series of significant investments by Shah Rukh Khan’s children. Suhana Khan, Aryan’s sister, recently purchased farmland in Alibaug for Rs 12.91 crore and a beachfront property near Mumbai for over Rs 10 crore.

On the professional front, Suhana debuted in acting with Zoya Akhtar’s "The Archies" and will next star alongside her father in Sujoy Ghosh’s "The King." Meanwhile, Aryan is set to make his directorial debut with the web show "Stardom."
