Shivakant Sidnal’s wife levies charges of using black magic to take over property on his siblings

Allegations of the usage of black magic have been made in the case pertaining to the death of Shivkant Sidnal. Shivkant was the Managing Director of Vijaykant Dairy. He was the son-in-law of Vijay Sankeshwar, Chairman of the VRL Group. He died on April 6th 2024. His death was considered to have been caused by a heart attack. He had been ill for a while in the leadup to his death. Vijay’s daughter has now approached the police in relation to the allegation of black magic having been used. 

Shivkant married Vijay’s daughter Deepa in 2022. Deepa has now alleged that Shivakant was killed due to an interest over the property he had accumulated. A First Information Report (FIR) has  been registered in this regard on June 29th. The FR was registered in the Camp Police Station in Belagavi. Deepa has pointed fingers at Shashikant, Vani and Digvijay who are siblings of Shivkant. Deepa has alleged that the black magic was performed outside her home between 2019 and 2024 and also besides the grave of Shivkant. Deepa is reported to have brought this to the police’s notice on earlier occasions as well. An astrologer is said to have been consulted to negate the effect of the black magic.

A conflict has emerged between two prominent families. These are the families of S.B Sidnal who is a former legislator and the family of Vijay Sankeshwar. Vijay’s marriage to Deepa was considered to be a grand occasion that celebrated the two families coming together.
