The singer later clarified, alleging "land grabbing using state machinery illegally and through lots of money exchange." He accused the individuals of illegally trespassing on his land and filed a formal complaint with the Karnataka Lokayukta, after receiving no definite legal action earlier.
The accusation was brought up first, in December 2022 when he tagged the Director General of Police, Karnataka, in a thread on X, claiming his farm, a trust property, was being tresspassed upon illegally by Sudhir Reddy and Madhu Reddy, with the help of Rohini Sindhuri.
Previously, Ali had spoken out about the matter, saying, “They are misusing state resources for their personal gain. They are forcibly and illegally coming inside my farm and refusing to show the relevant documents.” Responding to these allegations, Sindhuri stated she would sue Ali for defamation.
Fans have shown support for the singer, demanding that the state government grant him justice.
Rohini Sindhuri has recently been involved in a public feud with IPS officer D Roopa Moudgil, resulting in legal actions.
